A code of conduct setting the standard of professional behaviour expected of all employees.
The policy covers professionalism and respect, honesty and integrity, confidentiality and compliance with the Privacy Act 2020, health and safety duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, social media conduct, conflicts of interest, and outside employment. It includes an optional section for industry specific conduct requirements and disciplinary consequences.
